John C. Lillie, III

John C. Lillie, III practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law, appeals and civil litigation throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. John deals with a wide range of criminal matters from petty misdemeanor traffic citations, juvenile law cases, all levels of DWI/OWI cases (including driver's license revocations), and serious felony cases (including attempted murder, assault and drug related crimes). John also focuses on handling a variety of family law cases including divorce, custody and parenting time disputes, restraining order petitions, and orders for protection.

He is aware of the fact that not all cases will be tried, but he prepares every case as if it will be with incredible attention to detail and leaving no stone unturned in his quest for the correct outcome. John has been trying cases in Minnesota and Wisconsin for over 25 years and has had multiple cases heard before the Minnesota Supreme Court. Working in this manner, John represents each client with maximum effort through hard work and extensive preparation.

John is a member of the Minnesota and Wisconsin Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  There is no case too big or too small and John is willing fight for the rights of his clients to ensure a good outcome no matter what the circumstances are.
